Digital product scope

DepaDocApps offers downloadable guides and editable templates. The overseas travel pack is intended for a purchaser and their own small travel group. It is not a travel agency, immigration service, insurer, financial adviser or payment processor.

Proposed personal / small-group license

After a valid purchase, the proposed license allows use and editing for your own trips, collaboration within your own small travel group, and printing the worksheets for that use. It does not allow resale, public duplication links, public redistribution of the PDF or claiming the content as your own. Product ownership and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

Requirements and delivery

A PDF reader is needed for the guide. A Notion account and suitable permissions are needed to duplicate and collaborate on the template. At launch, an instant access link after successful payment will provide the Notion instructions and PDF. Checkout is not active in this draft.

Price and payment

The displayed USD $5 is a proposed one-time price, not a current payment offer. The final price, currency and any applicable taxes must be shown before an order is placed. No subscription is proposed. The payment-provider link is not configured.

Your travel decisions and data

Verify changing travel requirements with official authorities, carriers and insurers. You remain responsible for your bookings, eligibility, expenses and payments. Do not enter passport/ID numbers or scans into the template. Review workspace sharing permissions before inviting others.

Refunds and consumer rights

See the refund-policy draft. Final withdrawal, cancellation and refund provisions must be completed before sales open. Nothing in this draft excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Availability, updates and responsibility

The pack is a static digital product, not a promise of live monitoring or perpetual updates. No warranty or liability limitations are finalized here.
