This static storefront

This draft has no contact form, account system, analytics script, advertising tracker or embedded payment widget. It does not request passport/ID numbers or payment-card details. It uses local images and styles, with no external font requests.

Hosting and future checkout

When deployed, the hosting provider may process request metadata such as IP address, browser information and access logs to deliver and secure the site. Its exact logging and retention settings must be verified before launch. A future external checkout will process order, billing and payment data under the provider’s own notice; it is not connected here.

Support and fulfillment

If you contact the seller or place an order after launch, necessary information may include email address, order reference and the details of your request, used to provide access and resolve support or refund issues. Do not send identity-document scans, passport numbers or full payment-card details to support. The exact access, processor list and retention periods remain to be documented.

Your Notion copy

The intended workflow is to duplicate the pack into your own workspace. You control its sharing permissions and content, subject to Notion’s terms and privacy practices. The template calls for document type, status and expiry only, never passport/ID numbers. It does not require you to share your copy with the seller. Any support access must be agreed separately and limited to what is needed.

Private travel records

Share contact details only with consent and the people who need them. Keep sensitive information out of public pages. Remove personal travel/contact data when it is no longer needed. Your own workspace and third-party services have their own retention settings.

Your choices and requests

You may request information about data held by the seller, corrections or deletion where applicable using the final support address. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal obligations; specific periods and rights are a launch TODO. This notice does not claim to waive rights or describe an unconfigured payment provider’s practices.
