Frequently asked questions

How will delivery work?

At launch, delivery is an instant link after successful payment, giving access to the Notion duplication instructions and PDF download. No shipping. This preview does not yet connect checkout or fulfillment; the complete delivery flow must be tested before launch.

Is the plan locked after confirmation?

No. Everything remains editable. If expenses change, review the ledger and rebuild the remaining Settlement plan while preserving completed payments.

Are passport or ID numbers stored?

No. The template is designed to track document type, status and expiry only. Do not enter ID numbers or scans. Use legitimate supplier channels for any identity information they require.

Is it entirely in English?

The PDF and this storefront are English. The Notion guidance is English; some underlying sample database/status labels still need localization before release. TODO before launch: finish and verify those English labels. This draft does not claim that check is complete.

Does it calculate FX or send money?

No payment execution or automatic FX is promised. Agree your conversion method, review shares, calculate nets and use a suitable external payment method yourselves.

Can I use it just on paper?

Yes. Print the worksheets or annotate the PDF. If you also use Notion, choose one live ledger and mark temporary paper rows as entered.

Can I get a refund?

Refund terms are not finalized. See the clearly marked refund-policy placeholder. No orders are accepted until the policy and contact details are complete. Applicable statutory rights are not waived.

What use is included?
